We also offer evening and weekend availability with some therapists. Existing clients can request an appointment below or call us at 919-583-7910. New clients need to call to request an appointment. If you call outside our regular business hours of Monday through Friday from 9 to 5:00 p.m., we will return your call the following business day. Please message your provider through the patient portal if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please see the link below for the patient portal. You can also pay any outstanding balance through the patient portal.

​Directions to 8362 Six Forks Rd Suite 104 from exiting Hwy 540:
​1. Exit Hwy 540 onto Six Forks Road, heading south.
2. Continue on Six Forks Road for approximately 2.5 miles.
3. The destination, 8362 Six Forks Rd Suite 104, will be on the left. Turn left onto Monument Lane and make the first left and continue straight through the next stop sign and the building will be on the left.
